屋宇署更新指引APP-105 (9/2024)，要求新樓浴室牆壁防水層高度至2200mm
防水材質應覆蓋整個地板，並將每面牆面向上翻起，高度> 300 毫米。對於浴缸和淋浴盤周圍的牆面，防水材料應> 2200 毫米。對於緊鄰或位於面盆、水槽或類似固定裝置後的牆面，防水材料應>1100 毫米或高於固定裝置 300 毫米
下沉式樓板Sunken Slab 的整個內部區域都應鋪設防水材料
