香港漏水檢測於2011年成立，是香港獨立第三方檢測公司。本公司專家持有相關資歷，會運用科學化的儀器和方法，去檢測滲水源頭，並製作一份具有法律效力和公信力的報告。這份報告是解決滲水爭議、進行法律訴訟的關鍵證據。本公司亦會提供初步檢測及防水諮詢服務，過去14年，累積檢測個案已超過二千多宗。

本公司由資深測量師及其他專業人士成立，專注提供建築物漏水檢測檢測服務。本公司自2018/2019年度為食物環境衛生署(FEHD)職員提供 “建築物滲水檢測及維修" 訓練課程及各區民政事務處提供"家居滲水處理"講座。

Leakscan Company was established in 2011 and is an independent third-party testing company in Hong Kong. Our experts hold relevant qualifications and use scientific instruments and methods to detect the source of water leakage and produce a legally binding and credible report. This report is key evidence in resolving water leakage disputes, legal proceedings, or insurance claims. We offered quality consultancy services in water seepage investigation in building.  We have provided training on “Commercial Water Leakage Detection and Repairs in Building" for the staff of Food Environmental and Hygiene Department (FEHD) since 2018/2019.
